Takbir al-Tashreeq

Takbir al-Tashreeq refers to a specific form of Takbir (proclamation of the greatness of Allah) recited during the Islamic festival of Eid al-Adha. This recitation is performed after each of the five daily prayers from the Fajr (dawn) prayer on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah (the day of Arafah) until the Asr (afternoon) prayer on the 13th of Dhul-Hijjah. This period includes the days of Eid al-Adha and the subsequent three days, known as the days of Tashreeq.
The Takbir al-Tashreeq is typically recited as follows:
الله أكبر، الله أكبر، لا إله إلا الله، والله أكبر، الله أكبر، ولله الحمد
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah, Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Walillahil Hamd
Translation: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no deity but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and to Allah belongs all praise.
This practice is a way of glorifying Allah and expressing gratitude during these sacred days. It is widely observed by Muslims around the world and is particularly emphasized in the Hanafi school of thought, although it is practiced by adherents of other schools as well.
